  1. IL v. DH:  Client charged with aggravated unlawful use of a weapon. Facing penitentary of 6-30 years due to previous record.  Result: Jury delivered verdict of not guilty.  
  2. IL v. LH:  Client charged with attempted murder.  Facing 20 years to life imprisonment.  Motion to suppress confession resulted in case being thrown out.  
  3. IL v. ST:  Client charged with possesion with intent to deliver marijuana.  Motion to suppress evidence was granted because of unlawful entry by police.  Case Dismissed.  
  4. IL v. FW:  Client charged with DUI [drunk-driving].  Client’s second offense could have led to permanent loss of license.  Jury trial resulted in a finding of not guilty.  
  5. IL v. PA:  Client charged with possession of controlled substance [heroin] with intent to deliver.  Judge found that there was not evidence beyond a reasonable doubt, which resulted in a verdict of not guity.  
  6. IL v. GC:  Client was stopped for a traffic offense.  Police searched the car and found cocaine.  Motion to suppress evidence was granted after search by police was determined to be illegal.  Case was dismissed.  
  7. IL v. WC:  Juvenile was charged with delivery of drugs.  Facing time in a juvenile jail.  Charge reduced to a misdemeanor and client was given one year court supervision.   
  8. IL v. RJ:  Client charged with first degree murder.  Motion to suppress confession resulted in dismissal of case.
